Returns
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with the products you purchase from us. That is why we offer a 60-day return period with a full refund. Just contact us and we will provide you with instructions on how to return you product.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be free from damage caused by abuse or neglect.
All purchases of gift cards are final and may not be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted at our discretion:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after purchase
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clearance and “B stock” items
Sales of products marked “clearance” and “B stock” are final and not covered by this policy.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Two-Year Limited Warranty
Your Bulinski Effect Pedals product is warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. If any defects are found, the product may be shipped to me, and I will repair or replace (at my discretion) the product. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only, and may not be transferred to anyone else.
Shipping costs associated with returning the product under this warranty shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchaser must contact Steven Bulinski Music for instructions prior to returning the product. Damage from abuse or misuse of the product is not covered by this warranty. Sale products listed as “clearance” or “B stock” are excluded from this warranty.
